You really like portraits of important political figures, I'll give you that! As a citizen of South Africa, this one attracted my attention so I'd love to drop a few words on it.

I'd like to commend you, this portrait as well as your others capture the likeness of their respective people, so it's not hard at all to recognize him right away.

First off though, I would try taking a better picture or tweaking your scanning settings, it looks fuzzy up close. I don't think this is exactly the effect you want to achieve with a portrait.

I would also try to pay some more attention to the wrinkles on his face and neck, they should be treated as shadows, not simply black lines, especially around the mouth. Just something to watch out for!
